ComparIA ("we", "the site") is an independent publication specialized in testing and comparing AI tools, published by Sébastien Battault, 34 rue des 4 Moulins, 80310 Picquigny, France, reachable at contact@comparia.net. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

2. Data we collect

• Browsing data: like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and statistical purposes.
• Cookies: we use cookies for audience measurement and advertising (see sections 3 and 4). Non-essential cookies are only placed after your consent via our cookie banner.
• Contact data: if you email us, we process your email address and message solely to answer you.

We do not offer user accounts and do not collect any other personal data.

6. Data retention and security

Contact emails are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Technical logs are retained according to our hosting provider's policy. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the data we process. Data may be processed outside your country by our service providers (hosting, Google) under their respective safeguards (e.g. EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
